Adding/Editing Contacts

By pressing the plus icon (for adding) and the pencil icon (for editing) you can go to the add/edit contact screen.

This screen allows you to create new contacts and amend existing ones.

It is important that you first select a contact type; either customer or supplier. This helps the system know what reports are most important to this contact.

Add Contact

Once this is done, the contact information can be filled in as normal.

It is also important to carefully select a country for each contact as this will influence sales/purchase tax reporting.
