Are you haveing trouble finding an invoice? If you can't see it in the invoice list then this section can help.
In the various lists where invoices are displayed, the invoices shown are filtered by date and occasionally by customer/supplier. If your invoice isn't showing it is probably because this filtering needs to be changed.
To do this, go to the Invoice List screen in either Sales or Purchase. Now press on the 'Cog' icon to open the settings for the invoice list.
Pressing this will open the options for this listing. Generally you will need to change the 'Date From' to a much earlier date to increase the range of invoices being displayed. Pressing the Search button will now refresh the invoice list.
If your invoice is future dated then change the Date To to a much later date.
